Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Account Assistant with an interest in digital media and marketing. This candidate should be detail-oriented with a strong verbal communication and problem solving.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design, compile & update presentations for both client and team meetings
  • Assist in preparation of client invoices, monthly & yearly recaps and budgets
  • Prepare and present concepts and media plans to clients
  • Maintain direct and attentive client contact
  • Anticipate information needed for client meetings
  • Prepare and schedule meetings
  • Record and file notes for client meetings
  • Assist Account Executives in encouraging new business opportunities with existing clients and play a supporting role in their development
  • Strategically research media plans
  • Willingness to continually educate yourself on all facets of advertising, marketing, and production
  • Work in a proactive manner, always anticipating information needed externally and internally
  • Qualification and follow up with potential new clients

What We Need:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally 
  • Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple projects, taking initiative, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn new aspects within the marketing field, take constructive criticism, and take direction
