The candidate should possess the ability to multi-task, analyze data, and create comprehensive reports. Understanding of varied analytical software platforms is preferred, with the creativity to formulate marketing solutions which are based in data reach and engagement.
Must have very strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as persistent attention to detail with an inherently intuitive nature to forecast potential client service issues. Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiating skills are paramount to the success of the account manager.
Proven track record as client service/account manager with an emphasis on digital deployment, strategic planning, and critical thinking through a wide variety of industries.
